Africa is the Heartbeat of the World
Three anchoring companies. One system.
The three companies map directly to the three missing ingredients. Each is a fully standalone commercial enterprise with its own investors, economics, and mission.
GIAC
Competence
A pan-African incubator and operator. GIAC lets each portfolio company specialize in one core competence — manufacturing, distribution, reverse logistics, financial operations — then stitches them into complete vertical stacks. The result is that a small company operates with the capability of a much larger one.

MaxBalo
Capital
Working capital built for the SMEs banks will not touch. Capital Facilitation as a Service means capital aligned to cash flow rather than to a repayment calendar, 100% insured collateral, and GIAC coaching built into the relationship — so the lender's job is to make the borrower fundable, not merely to price the risk.

Adifund
Connectivity
The African diaspora sends more than $95 billion home every year. More than all foreign aid, rivalling all foreign direct investment. Almost none of it is invested. Adifund is a member-owned, member-governed vehicle that pools that capital into the infrastructure that moves goods and people across the continent.
-
Phase 1 — Capital accumulation scales what already works: putting member capital and business expertise into proven African SMEs through the GIAC and MaxBalo ecosystem.
Phase 2 — Industry development matches regional strengths to the right industries, building the continental value chains that individual companies cannot build alone.
Phase 3 — Infrastructure development builds hard infrastructure and global partnerships.
Membership, capital, and returns all scale with each phase.

Adifund accelerates the impact the ecosystem is having.
Adifund does not deploy capital into a vacuum. Member capital goes to work through the ecosystem that already exists. Capital is parked with MaxBalo, where it earns interest while it waits to be deployed and put into businesses GIAC has already vetted and coached. A single dollar passes through the competence layer and the capital layer on its way to the continent.

Each company's growth makes the other two more effective.
Capital parked by GIAC and Adifund inside MaxBalo lowers MaxBalo's cost of capital, which improves loan terms for SMEs, which improves portfolio performance, which raises more capital. GIAC-coached businesses become lower-risk MaxBalo borrowers. Adifund's infrastructure projects become bidding opportunities for GIAC portfolio companies.
Banks and insurers, having seen that coaching lowers default risk and that every loan is an insured asset, bring in external capital on terms no development fund could match.
